As an adjunct professor in economics and data science, he brings hands-on, practical teaching experience to his students.
Dr.Ayalew Mersha (PhD)
AI and ML, Python Programming
Dr. Mersha brings 17 years of IT experience and deep expertise in FinTech, AI, ML, and data science, shaped by leadership roles at top financial institutions like J.P. Morgan Chase and Capital One. He has built real-time credit-risk models, AI-powered fraud detection systems, and NLP-based market intelligence tools. With a strong background in Python, Java, and AWS, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge to empower others in the field.
Dr. Haile Yeshaneh (PhD)
Cybersecurity
Dr. Yeshaneh holds a Ph.D. in Information Assurance and has over 10 years of cybersecurity experience. He has led projects in IAM, GRC, Zero Trust, and data center security, and managed Security Operations Centers. Certified in CISSP, CC, and PMP, he combines deep technical knowledge with university teaching experience to deliver both practical and academic cybersecurity training.
Gedlu Mekonnen (MSc)
Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Database Management & Administration
Mr. Mekonnen is an experienced Data Architect with 15 years of expertise in designing enterprise-level data systems. Holding a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering, he specializes in data modeling, database design, and cloud-based big data solutions. His expertise ensures high-performance, governed datasets for modern analytics. He brings his knowledge to courses in Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Database Management.
Mr. Haileyesus Endashaw
AWS Cloud Computing
Mr. Endashaw is an AWS-certified Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience designing secure, scalable IT infrastructures for global organizations like the UN and PepsiCo. With strong credentials in AWS and Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), he specializes in hybrid-cloud solutions and seamless migration strategies.
